Heartburn help

Before I got pregnant, I took Tylenol PMs at night for heartburn so I didn't stay up all night. But now I can't take it, my mom said not to. My OB is closed so I can't call and ask but I'm not going to chance it. What helps with heartburn?

babybump_user a glass of milk helped me so much
babybump_user You can still take Tylenol pm. Benadryl is safe as well.

Found a new cure for my heartburn....APPLES 😍😍 apparently the acid in them counteracts the stomach acid that causes heartburn 🍏🍎
