just got home from the hospital contractions were 5 mins apart but not dilating past 1cm. i bought some evening primrose oil. does anybody have any personal stories of it working? also how you took it. I'm reading lots of different things on Google..

I got 1,000 mg. I took two by mouth and inserted one as close to my cervix as I could every night before bed. Make sure you're lying down and I'd recommend a panty liner because the oil does leak a bit if you stand up to go pee.

what mg were they? the ones i got are 1000mg if i use 3 of those would it be too much? and should i poke a hole in them? i heard some ppl do..

it softened my cervix plus daily walking. I inserted 3 pills at night 2 in morning or orally

it worked for me. I started drinking red raspberry tea with it.
