Making a journal for an expecting mother. Anyone wanna add some of their tips or advice?

Don't go to Google for everything because it will have you thinking the worst things when really it's something little and normal. 😑

go with your gut. if you feel some way do it. if you think you have to call the doctor do, they get calls every day by new mom's.

also what I tell everyone, when your baby is sleeping don't turn the house on silence. do what you normally would be doing, clean the house, vacuum. don't throw a party but don't do normal living or take a nap too.

When u think u can't do this remember u can. ❤️
