i have a question after i pump i get like a tingling or a sharp shooting pain in my boobs is this normal? ive been pumping but its like no matter how much or how often i pump i still get engorged. they hurt so much :( it especially gets rock hard on the sides.. what else can i do?
okay i will do that. :) do you know where i can get ice packs at? @mybabyloves
I would cut down on the pumping, like 20 minutes each side and try warm showers. You need to get a normal amount established. They have ice packs that are made to go in your bra. I feel that if you keep pumping that much you will get a clogged duct or worse mastitis. Then you are full blown sick, feeling like you have the flu.
and on the sides on my boobs hurt the most 😞 @mybabyloves
They feel hard because your body thinks that's how much it has to make. It thinks that your baby needs that much, the more you pump the more you make
@mybabyloves, i pump for an hour because they feel really full & swollen and they feel like rocks. i use a single electric pump. i had a avent manuel pump but it doesnt pump as good
that is a long time to pump... I only pumped 15 minutes with a double pump Max of 30
that's how I feel when I feed my baby sometimes makes me think my boob is empty?
How long do you pump for @mommy_of_two1994
@mommyagain, yes i pump every 2 hours but it feels like after my boobs are getting empty i get that sharp pain & my boobs will feel swollen
hmmm interesting I used to get that sharp shooting pain or tingle right before my milk came down are you pumping long enough?
While using the warm cloth massage the parts that feel like rocks. I had that happen to me my last pregnancy
@mommy_of_two1994, put it in a ziploc bag too. I holds in heat a lot longer.
can i put water on it and warm it in the microwave for a few secs and then apply it on my boobs? @sk216
Not sure how many mamas here are into make up like myself, but
I sure am glad the Jaclyn Hill Cosmetics sold out before I could get any. 👀👀👀 People are getting all types of sores👀
