@brudd330, suppobly it helps your stomach get smaller. You know how after you give birth your stomach is full of air and still looking round like if the baby was still inside haha well not smaller but back to how it was before pregnancy lol it's not literally gonna look like before but it helps a little haha

@naradasmommie, I've been using it since I came back from the hospital. I usually wear it the 6 weeks. But this time I think I'll wear it until 4 weeks. It's annoying me already haha

it'll be worth it in the long run ..I have one and my stomach went down after 3 weeks pp

this is 3 weeks pp and I wasn't wearing the band here
