Any natural ways to induce labor? I already do walking, squats, sex, nothing seems to work. Ftm not dialeted at all 38 weeks tomorrow! I am getting my cervix stretched and possibly a membrane sweep tomorrow morning, im hoping that jumps start something!!

Some babies don't come until 42 weeks...baby might need more time to cook in there... maybe a month. I know it is miserable, but hopefully you can stick it out. :)
Evening Primrose Oil. They come in capsule & you can get them at Wal-mart. Take 1000mg orally in the mornings, prick & insert 2000mg vaginally in the evenings, and take 1000mg orally at night. They are completely safe. They help your cervix efface to begin labor and they help prevent tearing 😘

@mommyof3handsomeboys, yes i already do EPO it has helped soften my cervix but i havent dialeted at all
