Any advice on how to increase milk supply

Oatmeal, i take a fenugreek supplement with milk thistle, hoppy beer, tons of water...check out kellysmom website...great bf resource

I wouldn't believe it if it didn't work for me, but for some reason Powerade has pushed me over the edge in production. I'm producing so much more and that's the only thing that I've tried. I've also heard oatmeal, but not instant oatmeal.

I've seen mommies on here saying Gatorade, oatmeal, water. That's all I can remember.
