newborn diapers have the cut out for the umbilical cord I would a least get a box remember you have two and they have a possibility of coming early so what a single mom will use you will use double @heartbeat

Get the newborn box then buy a box of size one just in case.

Since they are twins they may be smaller and fit into newborns a lot longer I know my aunts twins were 5 pounds. And my son is 7 and he's still in newborns and he goes through a lot of diapers mainly because I change his diaper once a hour because I hate if he sits in his own pee. I would go to Walmart and buy two boxes just to be safe Walmart exchanges diapers if they are unopened that's what I am doing. I have a lot one newborns but I've gone through like 3packages in two weeks because I hate him setting in pee for any amount of time

K so just have the newborn box since they are two... I want to have something at home @cubanese .... I'll just go for the newborn box thanks!
