My daughter got her 6 month shots yesterday and has never had a problem with them before, no fever, nothing and today she is very crabby and has a 100 degree temp and that was under the armpit. Are you supposed to add a degree when under the armpit? And I need advice on what to do, just Tylenol or rotate tylenol and Motrin?

I would just start with Tylenol, 100 isn't that high and she's prob just cranky cuz she doesn't feel good. Try the Tylenol first and see if the temp goes down, could also try a luke warm bath and keeping her in diaper only, wet wash cloth to the head etc...lots of cuddles and (if breastfeeding) lots of booby time makes them feel better! Keep us updated mama!
