for the mom's on here who comment on other mom's posts about how we shouldn't bash our husbands behind their backs, y'all have no idea what it's like to have an asshole for a husband. granted it is our choosing to stay with them but most of us dont jus give up on a marriage jus bc our husbands are complete idiots and have no filter when it comes to hurting our feelings and then expect us to apologize to them..HA!! My husband is a great provider and an amazing father but ugh!! he's such a dick sometimes and I seriously jus wana throat punch him!! I jus don't understand how you can be such a dick to a person and not jus any person, a person who is your wife and the mother to your child. I seriously wish our husbands could live in our shoes for A day cuz honestly I can't even say a week cuz they couldn't survive a week in our shoes. ugh! #rantover
amen I try so hard to mind my business sometimes it just flies out lol @quansmommyy 😂😂😂😂😂
@sparklymama that's why it is best to mind your business if they want put up with that then let them . Ain't no way a man is going to disrespect me ain't enough love in the world .
Your husband may not but her husband does. and no we don't bicker. We sit down like grown adults and discuss issues. Specially with children in the house fighting and arguing is not a good environment for them
you said your husband has no filter when it comes to hurting your feelings @nessa_475 so he may not have name called you but you were hurt and to me that equates to an issue starting with disrespect
had a different point of view however we talk about it we do not argue or bicker @nessa_475
but that's the thing, I never stated being called any of those names. I'm jus saying in general y'all have never bickered or for got into an argument over something stupid?? @sparklymama @ladyameliasmama
correct I've never been name called and neither has he and we sit down and talk if we need to there is no yelling or arguing in my house ... mind you I've been in the latter with my ex name calling put downs yelling physical abuse cheating etc ... I decided to do better and did better period
My husband has never called me a ho, slut, bitch and the like. He has never degraded how I dress or accuse me of inappropriate behavior. I have treated him the same. Our marriage is based on respect. If I don't have anything nice to say I keep my mouth shut. Words are not something you can take back. Nor are actions.
so y'all can honestly sit there and tell me that you nor your husbands have never said anything stupid to one another?? @sparklymama @ladyameliasmama
and no I'm sorry being an "idiot" does not explain or justify their bad behavior that's you making an excuse in an attempt to feel better or downplay the situation ... however if you feel he's just being an idiot by all means continue to accept that reality we do get the outcome we set out for @nessa_475
You don't have to say they're abusive for them to be abusive. What owenjacesmommy posts is most definitely verbal abuse and I believe she once posted about him throwing things at her.... while she was pregnant. Abuse isn't only physical. We don't say these things to judge but because we care
well let's see if you've ever been yelled at or name called by him that's abuse... if you've ever been withheld affection or degraded that's abuse if you've ever felt belittled that's abuse @nessa_475
y'all jump to abuse. no one, not i or @owenjacesmama ever said our husbands are abusive. We jus state that, they say very stupid things bc they are idiots. @sparklymama @quansmommyy
I was in an abusive relation before my husband and I used to say that it's no fun walking on eggshells all the time. Once I got out and got with my husband I realized what I had been missing all along. Yes he can still have an attitude at times but his anger is never directed at me and he never calls me names or yells at me. He doesn't make me cry or make me feel insecure. That's no way to live.
@nessa_475 and @owenjacesmama just because a man is a good father and provider doesn't mean anything when they are constantly being disrespecting and talking to them like they are shit .
no it's not wal mart however the issues that get described by many are highly abusive, disrespectful, and all out dangerous situations... but by all means keep holding on keep justifying it is after all your reality you will live what you choose to accept in your world @nessa_475 @owenjacesmama
we have so much in common right there lol everyone's always saying "your dumb for staying with him" or "why dont you just leave ".... um bc its a marriage not just walmart ? you dont just give up and leave ?

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Religion Conspiracy/Theory
**This is not to bash peoples religion and beliefs but to talk about our own theories and ideas** I would like to discuss a certain topic that came to mind after talking to my SO. I know some of you ladies like a good conspiracy talk so i would like to have a good discussion and hear thoughts of others. So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment cont...

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
@sparklymama I know but it's no talking to these ladies . If they don't know their self worth then oh well .
