Went from having diarrhea to now having these nasty, painful cramps from having to make a BM and being unable to. I thought things were suppose to start looking up in the second trimester? 😢😫😫

You know you have children when... You get to work and notice that your pants have smudges of unidentifiable origin from the knee down. ?
Thoughts? This is coming from someone who doesn't have kids.

If you're anything like me, it doesn't let up till about 20-22 weeks. At least mine didn't
