I keep seeing ladies getting checked and was bleeding and cramping afterwards yeeeeah I don't think I'll be getting checked today at my appointment no thanks

i get my cervix checked monday an my GBS test done everyone says how much it hurts when they check...makes me a little nervous about getting checked .😐

When did you ladies start getting checked to see if your dilating? I am 36 weeks 4 days and not once have any of my doctors checked to see if I am or not.. Only been checked to see if my son is head down, and he is.. Last week I went and the doctor said that she didn't wanna check to see if I was dilating cause she didn't wanna "mess with my cervix" 😕 or "get things started" those were her words... FTM

I've been checked twice & thankfully no bleeding or cramping for me🙌 I think my OB checks me every single appointment now.

I'm only 32 weeks...he started checking me at 30 weeks & I see him every two weeks now. idk why he started checking me so early. I do have a septum in my vagina. like a dividing wall, so maybe that's why he is keeping an eye on me.

I see you are transitioning to veganism! I was vegan before this pregnancy, but my cravings were strong & my body felt as if I was missing something. lol I plan on transitioning back after I have my baby girl😍

he said it could tear it & make it more painful. he may rather me have a C section if he sees she can't get around it or if it's looking like it's gonna cause a lot of damage.

no I wasn't thankfully and it wasn't much but it was painful them pushing on the bone and stuff hurt... it was spotting basically it lasted a few hours then went away

thank you!! Im hoping for a vaginal birth but if I have to have a C section so be it. lol and btw, I'm not dilated at all. hopefully the cervix checks don't cause any dilation or bleeding for me..
