Please can someone give me some advice 😢
I had a blonde moment and didn't remember I was pregnant, and my washing machine broke, so I put it on its side and then lifted it back upright, it weighs like 140 pounds, now I'm worried about little man, what have I done 😢
@raych, it's my fifth I'm a bit beyond being precious with my tummy lol. I decorated glosses painted and wallpapered my house alone the other week. I took the TV off the wall bracket and it's large. I moved all the furniture out the way and moved it back. I carry my heavy 2.5 year old. Cos I have to I live alone. I carry all my shopping for the family which is a lot each week. Girl power lol
I have a hernia that's across the front of my belly, that's why I was worried, but thank you guys! @cupcake107 @raych @suzie80 xx
I agree, as long as you feel OK in yourself and you haven't hurt yourself then baby is fine. Some women do weightlifting during pregnancy and are fine. Like others have said, like with other things during pregnancy, it's just about knowing your own limits
@suzie80, glad I'm not the only 1 to say that lol!!
I've never understood the 'i can't I'm pregnant' thing. if I want a job done o just do it lol xx
I really wouldn't panic, I've just put 6 heavy seats back in my car. you know your limits. I've built bunkbeds, units and run around after a 4 and 2 year old all day whilst carrying twins. however if you are worried don't hesitate to ring your midwife sweet. always best to be safe than sorry!! I'm an active person anyway so I just plod along, I get told all the time to slow down but that's impossible lol!!! @lolliigee xxx
Haha @suzie80 we are wonder women aren't we!! these are my 4th and 5th babies! xx
