baby is screaming like she is in pain fed her changed her n burped her.. she needed help with her poop she gas been constipated but she got some poop out and is still crying.. any ideas??? pls help

I need help . My baby is 9 months old she has had a constipation problem since she was a baby she can not poop she tries and tries pushes and pushes , I can see how much it hurts her I have taken her to the ER today but what they did to her didn't help she hasn't pooped since we came back and when she pooped there it was hard !

I want to take her again but she's not in pain unless she's trying to poop .

Is there a way I can register her to the hospital for them to see her ?

My baby girl is now 18 days young 🥰....

She’s been having really frequent stools yesterday and today. Like when she farts she pops a little bit.... or when she cries she poops a little bit ..... and because of her frequent pooping she got a bad rash on her butt. I’m worried she might have diarrhea. She doesn’t seem fuzzy.... her body temperature is Normal........ just that her stools have been a lot more frequent , like I mean a lot.

Has anybody had the same experience ?

Please please all, I need your help!! My little one's poop is stuck in her anus. She is super constipated and hurting.😢😢 She strains so hard; her whole face turns red. But it seems too big to come out. I pulled piece out of her butt a couple days ago, but now she can't even get it pass the anus.
