Do the hospital inform your midwife when your home with a new born? Only I rang my midwife yesterday and she's rung me this morning saying the hospital hasn't told her so it was a good job I did :/

@courtniegeexo, the hospital told the community midwives for me & they visited the day after I was discharged. Seems odd that they didn't inform your midwife xx
