But I don't feel a bond with my baby.. Like I don't feel like I'm important to her idk
I just feel like a failure parent and sometimes I tend to think what if I didn't have her I know it sounds so awful but I've been going through the that lately and idk what it is? I love my baby more than life itself but idk i just don't feel right
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
id feel so bad taking my daughter away from her dad but i cant stick around like this anymore idk what to do....

I don't think anyone should give you shit over this. It's actually more common for moms to go through this than you think. It took my sister a while to bond with her daughter because it was her second baby and she just didn't feel that same bond that she did when her son was born. It's kind of like the baby blues. A lot of times it's due to hormones and can go away on its own but if it doesn't, talk to your doctor about it :)

I just read an article on this in the what to expect app...it said that half of all new moms feel like this for the first couple of mos, so don't beat yourself up, the bond will happen
