the brand I use is "pink stork" I don't think it matters what brand, just as long as its pure apple cider vinegar

Lmao I definitely meant BENIFITS stupid stupid auto correct! I guess I need to start proof reading before I press post. But no I take a shot of it every day mixed with warm lemon water, it's how I start the day off and it helps digestion and alkalizing the body.
