I would avoid rigorous exercise and lifting heavy things. But the biggest concern is intercourse. Orgasm is ok, just nothing entering the vagina.

I had it at 20 weeks and it corrected itself by 32 weeks. Don't stress. Most of the time it moves as your uterus grows.

look up placenta previa its what it is. they thought i had it too but mine moved up th uterus.
