Mines next Thursday and I'm only 1/2 cm dilated and 80% effaced. Lol

@ftm0622 have u tried anything. like walking or swimming ect?

@reynadecielo, last Monday I was completely closed and not dilated at all. So last week I took EPO's, bounced, walked and did squats. And when I went into my appt yesterday he told me I was 80% effaced and 1/2 cm dilated. So I believe it's from that. lol I'm gonna walk more and more everyday !! So maybe try that !! @ftm0622

everytime I walk i cramps but no pain no gain lol. so for the rest of week I'm try to go out walking @newmommy_2016

@reynadecielo, haha yes ! @ftm0622 really that's weird. Maybe try EPO's? I've been taking them for about two weeks. But it's never to late to ty
