I really cannot stand my husbands family. He tells them not to do something out of respect for me, and they do it anyways.They intentionally give me wrong dates and times for family events so we don't show up because they hate me but it's an easy way to blame me. My husband has told them from now on, they are NOT to call me about anything, they can call him or text him. Well it's my hunnys bday and my freaking FIL just called me. I let it ring because I KNEW what he was doing... I texted him and said "Lance is at work, gets off around 6:30." He texts me back and says "I know silly, I want to talk to you about plans not my son, call me asap." So I go into my phone trying to figure out how to record the conversation and it won't let me. I call him back and said "Hey Shane, you know you're supposed to text me or wait until Lance gets off and talk to him." and he said "Logans road house, tonight at 7:00, we'll see you guys there."
#1, He knows not to call me for that shit!
#2, My husband hates Logans... Really?
#3, He talked to my husband yesterday and asked him where he wanted to go and it was nowhere close to Logans....
So I got off the phone with him and I texted him immediately and said "Can you please send me everything you said over the phone, please?" He calls back bitching me out about how I need to "grow up" .... uhhhh WHAT? My FIL was the one who gave me wrong dates and times to Mother's Day, Father's Day, my nieces Bday Party, and her kindergarten graduation......
So I told him, "We just won't go then if you can't text me exactly what you said. You know not to call me about plans anymore, you or your daughters." and he said, "this is the behavior that everyone in our family can't stand that makes us not too fond of you." Man, fuck off! I can't stand his freaking family!!!!

that's what I want to do, but I did that last year and it caused a huge fight between us because his mom did the same shit and I said we're not doing that and I took him there and he got all mad and asked why I insist on keeping him from his family. So this year, we're going to go, and I'm going to sit there and not talk to them because I have nothing to say to those assholes. When we get in the car, and he starts bitching, we will have a fight because I'm going to remind him of what he said to me last year and if he wants to bitch, he can call his dad and bitch to him, because I'm not listening to that today. I haven't slept on over 24 hours, my body hurts and idk why... I'm not having that today!!! @kvleeks

Not today, he's a correctional officer so he is not allowed to have the phone in the building. @kvleeks it is extremely ridiculous. Idk why they make things so difficult for me. My husband has been extremely excited, all day yesterday and this morning when he got up for work because his dad said he was taking him where he wanted to go, now we're going where his fucking gf wants to go because she "doesn't like rib places" So guess what, I have to hear him bitch from the time he gets home, until we get to the restaurant and then all night after we eat and tomorrow because that's how my husband is.
