My daughter is 8 months and won't eat any food with a chunk in it. Tried feeding the lil bits last night and she threw up. Won't pick up anything and put it in her mouth. Idk what to do. Any advice??

food before 1 is just for fun. Babies are very sensitive to new sensory experiences. tell your husband to chill. she's only been on this planet for 8 months and needs some time to adjust hahaha
That's what I have told him. She will eat when's she ready. She's just taking control of that part of her life lol
my husband is too, he gets mad and says "you should be eating food by now" well guess what she does but not like he wants (we don't go out very much because she is breastfed and she doesn't take a bottle) and I just keep saying "she's fine, no she doesn't eat like our son did but every child is different, give her a break sheesh"

my daughter is 9 months, and she gags on the jarred meat baby food... just keep trying the purees.... they say food before 1 is just for fun as they get their nutrients from formula or breastmilk
She eats purée just fine and a lot of it. She's almost 30 lbs so not hurting
