When Did You Ladies Start Feeding Your Baby, Baby Cereal?

My son's pediatrician said we can start at 4 months old.

A little bit at about 6 to 8 weeks with breast milk. At 4 months with baby food and breast milk with a spoon! It helps them sleep well!

the new "rule" is 6 months. babies bellies aren't ready for solids at all until 6 months, no matter what a pediatrician says. most pediatricians still teach what they learned in school years ago when research has changed.
