I'm 36 weeks and 1 day
I'm already dilated 1 1/2 cm 50% effaced and getting contractions throughout the day, baby is already in birthing position. Is it possible for baby to come out soon? :) ya my first baby so idk what to expect

Yeah but people can be dialated for weeks I'm almost 41 weeks and have been dialated for a while now lol I really thought she would be early too!
Yes that is true, your body is trying to flush it's self out

well walking and sex works sometimes. But they recommend you wait until at least 39 weeks
@mybabyloves, I'm hoping he comes out soon like I'm a week or by next week. Is there anything to do to increase those chances?
You could go into labor soon or it can still be a couple of weeks
With my first i was a 1 for three weeks and then 3 for another week
