There's nothing wrong with our central air, it just has been having a hard time keeping up with this heat... So we keep it at 74-75 degrees... And we turn this bad boy on 65 and let it run.

We live in a house yes.. It's a duplex, so there's one more house connected to ours. And the btu is the type of motor it has. This one is good for like 250 square feet

So I'm guessing this is common in Florida, it being too hot outside for the a/c systems to keep up. I moved here from California, I miss our a/c, lol!
