If you don't want to read my long ass post, is it suppose to burn after you get a pap done?

It was my first time having one too. It wasn't all that long, like they just put the thing in and opened it as wide as they possibly could turning it every which way and yanking it out. @babymaverick

You might be uncomfortable because it was your first. I don't remember my first so idk.. I'd call your doctor when they open again.

I'm always so sore after. I even bleed some (more like spotting) after mine :/

@a.claypool13, I'm going to end up freaking out if I bleed, well spot. They were so inconsiderate of my pain, and didn't even check to make sure my daughter was okay.

If it continues to hurt I'll probably go to the er later because they didn't see if she was okay, and they may be slow at the er but they will make sure my baby is okay and give me something to make sure she is okay

@kcp1997, I was 13 weeks when I had my pap done. I spotted for 3 days.! I called my dr everyday 😂 my mother in law is a PA and she said its normal to slightly spot due to your cervix being irritated. I still was a mess lol. If you feel like you need to go get checked at the er then go. Better safe than sorry girl.! Hope all goes okay.
