My hospital is ridiculous.. Contractions are between 4-7 minutes but I'm spotting again and pains are pretty intense. Hospitals response? 'Phone us back when you can't talk through your contractions' Cheers pal 🖕

I'm really shocked at that as I've been there a few times in my pregnancies and they have been alright. I would go in and demand to be seen, sometimes we have to be forceful as in my experience doctors don't always know best x
@kelsxox, yea I bet plus this heat really doesn't help just relax now my midwife told me Wednesday to relax put my feet up and keep telling my body I was ready sounds mad but waters popped Wednesday evening xxx
I would not listen to them at all they kept saying this to me and i could talk through them until nearly the end everyone is different if you think you should go in then do at leat they will examen you even if they send you home you will have peace of mind xx

@ceecee190, this is my 1st baby and I was bleeding and spotting last week and they wouldn't check me over. I knew new cross wasn't exactly the best but I expected better than this considering she's my 1st. Hopefully if I call again they'll want me in to check me over!

I had my son at new cross as well so I'm shocked they are acting like that!
Go in when u need to because with my son I didn't know I was in labour till 8cm I was talking walking and laughing up until that point x
They are so helpful 😒 I've heard this so many times I think I'm having my baby girl at home!

is it new cross? I remember with my sister they were a nightmare 🙄
Even at 10 cm I was still talking and able to hold a conversation right through to the last push .. If you feel like you can no longer handle the pain with just paracetamol then go to the hospital they have to check you over regardless xx
