2 days overdue. ive had such bad diarrhea today and it hurts my abdomen when i do. im also 3cm dialated! does this sound like labor is starting soon?

I honestly don't want to scare you. But if it's not like him to not move a lot at normal hours he does id check on him and ask your Drs what they think of his movments slowing down
