@justinsmomma92716, I hear ya. I love tamales and just started craving them today like so bad. I did some pork tamales then some chicken tamales and then I made corn tamales with raisins in them. yummy! my kids love them too. my kids would eat tamales everyday if I would make enough to keep them stocked lol

make me feel like a cheat lol I just got store bought :-(

hahaha @justinsmomma92716 nah girl nothing wrong with that. my husband is Hispanic and he wanted home made so since I finally learned the proper way and this is my first day on maternity leave i thought I'd just get it done. I froze half of what I made for another time lol. u can freeze them for 1-2 months and then reheat an eat.
