Had a mild headache since yesterday evening, feel like I'm going to pass out when stood up and feel really weak. I don't know whether I should phone my antenatal day unit or just rest up... What do you girls think? Xx

In heat like this you need to be eating 1x more and drinking 3x more than average . Also something sugary every few hours x
