My son's dr said a week for it to heal, but I have to wait 2 weeks because his belly button didn't fall out when he was circumsized. and she said if I were to bathe him to use a soft wash cloth and wipe around, but not direct contact with soap. and then neosporin after bath with Goz tissue.
