Im having a hard time breastfeeding, I have Lumps around my boob how can I get rid of that?
get in the shower let the heat hit ur boobs and massage u can exoress a little too
You're engorged right now that just means you're full of milk. It's kind of hard for the milk to come out because they're clogged. Massaging the breasts helped for most people but for me I just waited it out. I would pump for about 15 minutes each side and after that if milk is still coming out keep going. The goal is to pump until your boobs get soft again. I know it will be painful but also latching the baby on then massaging your boobs will help. Did baby eat already?
right now they feel heavy and hard they kinda hurt @lexy03212015
how long should I breast pump? would that help?
Massage them in hot water. Preferably a shower. They are clogged milk ducts. Massage from the lump towards the nipple. Also pump and empty out your boobs as often as you can (every 2-3 hours) if the lumps are painful with a red warm spot or you have a fever it could be mastitis and you will need to contact a doctor.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Do you pump? That's what happens when you fill with milk. I literally get in the shower and let the hot water hit me for like 5-10 minutes and I massage I get out and it helps with pumping / feeding because it opens your pores
