mommys what can i do to build up my milk supply? its been 2 days since i had my baby & i feel like im not giving her enough :/ she latches on & cries in frustration
And don't limit baby's feeding. If baby is hungry every hour, feed! If baby is hungry every 45 minutes, feed! Doesn't matter how far between, feed the baby.
Just drink lots of water, eat hearty meals and feed on demand! Don't get upset if you feel like baby never leaves your boob. It's normal. As long as there are enough poopie diapers and peepee diapers, everything is perfect!
Keep in mind, milk supply (not colostrum) doesn't come in until 2-3 days after birth! So don't stress!
thats great! where can i get mothers milk tea at? @alexislopez
Yes 😊 when I needed to boost my supply up, I drank a cup of mother's milk tea and a bowl of oatmeal every morning. I heard steel cut oatmeal is better but I don't like it so I just ate regular and it seemed to work for me!
Tons of water! And you can try a tea called mother's milk. Try eating oatmeal too!! It helped mine
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
