when I went in to labor I had my husband run get me a case of blue gatorade.. I drank 2 of the small ones a day and my milk came in with a bang! I made more than he could eat so I got insanely sore and big. to this day if I drink gatorade my supply goes through the roof! it got really bad when I started eating oatmeal with it.
there are many recommendations but the truth is there isn't 1 thing that works for everyone. you have to try different things and maybe combine some. I eat oatmeal and power pump.
when I had my first child my african neighbor made me 3 different type of soups and it helped my milk come in so much I had to change breast pads like 5 times a day, so I will suggest you trying some hot soup..
honestly.. the last 2wks i been eating alot of greens.. and now i can pump 3oz in 5-10 mins.. i did drink mothers milk tea but haven't on a while.. plenty of water and lean meats..
