When did you ladies start going out with your babies after having them? Did you wait until after the 6weeks?

Lol the day we left the hospital we went to eat at sizzler

Not at all, slept everywhere we want. Only woke to eat if we were out!

So why do you ladies think they tell us to rest 6weeks and only sleep eat and take care of the baby..?🤔

Nope was fine! I was in a lot of pain but overall it went good it was just hard lifting and carrying carseat by myself in beginning

@dohmommy2016, really!? Your baby didn't get sick easily? Or did you feel sick a lot? Or weak?

I took my daughter out the next day she was released from the hospital.

No I started going everywhere with my son at 8 or 9 days would of done sooner but was recovering from c section

If I had to some place, I went. I just kept people at a distance. It was the beginning of January though so I kept my outings to a minimum for both our sakes haha

no need to wait just be careful. I didn't bring her where there would be lots of people and have people wash their hands before touching or holding the baby. I think we really only brought her around family until she was a month old.

Honestly I didn't wait. I'm a mom of two so it's kind of impossible to just stay at home all the time. Besides its better to expose them to the outside so they build a better immune system.

When I had my first baby... I took her out like at 3 weeks... Cuz I really wanted to get out of the house. So we went out for dinner and I brought her straight home.

My pediatrician said to try an avoid it for 30 days
