So mothers I'm a first time mommy my son is 5 days old and I'm having some trouble with him sleeping his days are backwards he sleep during the day and is awake all night how can I switch it around.

During his naps, black out the room. Have blinds on the windows and all lights off. He will associate dark with sleep. The moment he wakes up, open windows and have lights on. Eventually he will learn
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasnt there a user that was drugging their baby with tylenol or Benadryl to get them to sleep all day?
