Yes I have had them since 31 weeks. I'm also on watch for preterm and been contracting and dilating for 4 and a half days now.
oh you'll know a Braxton hick is you belly tightening and you mostly being uncomfortable but they go away if you drink water or lay a different way and a real on is like severe menstrual cramps that don't go away no matter what you do

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
