So my doctor said my hips might not be big enough to push my son out vaginally .. Is there any exercises i could do to spread them out ? Or has any of u experienced moms heard this from your doctor and still was able to deliver vaginally ?
Im 36 weeks and he said my hips should spread in the last month i just thought there was something i could do like walking or something .. But thank u guys @dcb012 @mommagotbump16
It's not common, but it's called cephalopelvic disproportion. I'd definitely talk to your OB about it further, including measuring baby and pelvis closer to your due date.
