he does it with a newborn nipple.. and he only does it with the one that you can buy attached to a small stuffed animal. but he will also shove his hand on his mouth and extend his fingers, yet again choking himself. @polkadotcutie

the only problem is he is still getting the hang of using his hands so he shoves the pacifier to far in his mouth and chokes himself. @polkadotcutie

Well pacifiers are made for a baby to self soothe. That's a way he's soothing himself while teething.
