So I got told that if I wanted to I could be induced August 17th instead of waiting for the 24th for her to get here I'm just wondering what you all think I should do.. My boyfriends family thinks I should just wait but I kinda wana be induced just because I'm tired of feeing the way I do

I just figured she's due on the 24th of August so if she isn't there by the 17th anyway I highly doubt a week would make a difference and if I go over then they would induce me anyway @amber188
I would wait. I wanted to be induced then my doc told me everything that could happen if my body and baby weren't ready and it's not worth it! I'm high risk so I might be induced either way but if I have it my way I plan to wait! I'm due the 29th so I feel ya! I'm so miserable!! lmao
I feel like the only reason you should induce (if you don't have any other health risks for the pregnancy) is if you would be at a higher risk of an emergency Caesarean section if you don't. That's what I did and I was induced at 39 weeks and 2 days. If I would have waited another week, my daughter would have been too big for me to deliver vaginally.

Yeah that could be the case! I'd do it if you were already dilating some by that point but if your cervix doesn't seem ready that's when my doctor said it can turn in to a mess
