does child support money go for just the baby's needs like clothes, food and such or does it go to…

When my mom received it for me it went on like a debit card and she used it on my things & when times got hard she used it for rent & other things. Baby needs a home right? Lol.

I think it should be used for the child food home etc nothing unnecessary , hair nails your clothes

like my car payment? because my money I have to spend on getting my nursing application for school together . Idk I told the dad I'd pay him back since I'm using the money for my car payment and insurance. @mimiz @dang_dridri I'm just not working right now because of my son's medical issues. @hayhayes1, to me that's something you really need. I just wouldn't use it like @mimiz said, on my hair, nails, makeup, etc. Basically things that have nothing to do with baby at all.

@dang_dridri, he's getting a 7000 dollar check and all I asked was for 500 so I can make my car payment.

@hayhayes1, that's up to you. Personally I wouldn't because that's his way of helping you, regardless of how it's spent he would've had to pay the money anyways.

It's for whatever pertains to the child, so if you need to pay the bills so baby will have shelter,water and air that's what it goes towards, clothes and food are a given.
