How long after delivery did you stop using the squirt bottle and start actually wiping down there? I don't have any stitches but she said I did have a few abrasions, but no one said anything about how long I'm only supposed to spray down there.

as long as you feel necessary. I wasn't told how long either so I just went off how I felt down there. I think I kept doing it until all my vaginal pain went away.

Hey ladies, how soon after having a vaginal delivery did you have sex with your boyfriend or husband? They said 4 to 6 weeks but I'm fine down there now. I'm not bleeding anymore or anything.. how long did you wait?
I did it for the full 6 weeks with my son, but I was too scared to wipe anyway lol.
