okay so I'm going to start using my basal thermometer tomorrow and need to know the best way to use it. I'm a mouth sleeper so I'm gonna have to do it some other way. help please
vinegar uses?? I just bought a gallon of distilled white vinegar and was wondering what is your best kept secret using around the house? I've heard of several different ways but I'm looking for clever little tricks, hacks and even simple ways. I always tend to not use it just because the smell is horrid but I am interested in starting. I like to switch up my cleaning methods and products every so often.
Opinions, please! What brand of bottles do yall mamas perfer? I'm a breastfeeding expert but with our baby on the way I plan to use only a bottles and there's so many to choose from!

You can do it vaginally and through the rectum. Whatever way you choose, try to stick with that.

@journeytobaby, all I know is it's an option. You can probably Google it as I haven't done it myself. I do it orally, but I sleep with my mouth closed
