Ashley Moffat·В ожидании первенца

I'm 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant and just after a bit of advice really. Since yesterday I've had an excruciating pain in my pelvic area when I walk but it also hurts when I'm sitting down but is so bad to the point where I could cry. Yesterday I also had diarrhoea and had contractions which were 20 minutes apart, I phoned my midwife yesterday and she says unless they are 5 minutes apart I've not to go in. Should I just go in? The pain when I walk is unbareable 😢 first time mum too.

You can loose your plug at any point sometimes weeks before . But get yourself checked out as we're not docs and can only tell u what we have been through

Get checked out but if that's all fine then it may well just be spd which can come on at any point at all and is agony

When I lay down my contractions are 10 minutes apart but when I'm up and moving they come faster. I'm not understanding.

Short Luteal Phase?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

joanne_178 That's a relief that your principal is ok with everything, makes it much easier if she's been

Yesterday was quite hard with the cramps but I did manage to get a couple of hours sleep in. Midwives said only to come in when the pain intensifies over time and they didn't. She also expects them to be every 4 minutes apart. Surely that's too short since apparently second labour can escalate quickly?

micahsmoeder @farahamran ooh that sounds so exciting I am dreading that the baby would come at that kind
