I did in the early weeks of this pregnancy.. Used to lay in bed and cry saying to my oh I didn't want the baby (although I did) id spend most of the day in bed which made my lil boy suffer too.. It was very on and off.. Good days where I was super excited and then days I just didn't want to be pregnant.. It's hard to explain but it is possible whether first child or 6th to get prenatal depression.. If you're concerned definitely speak to your midwife about it.. Xx
I'm not sure what to do with myself. I have a 4 year old too. I'm completely dreading the arrival of my daughter and I know it sounds awful but I can't help it. I'm going through a bad break up from a guy who's made me feel pretty worthless for months so I know it's the best thing but I'm really struggling to keep together. I can't stop crying and I don't know what to do
It sounds like a mixture because of the situation you've found yourself in. It sounds to me (I'm no expert) that you're probably feeling shitty cause you're on your own plus the added shitty feeling he's made you feel on top of it. Of course getting rid of him is gunna be best in the long run for you all.. Maybe try and think of the positives this little girl will bring to yours and your sons lives and hopefully that'll pick you up a bit. You can do it! Even if it feels like you can't you can :) xx
I did with my 3 Rd child it was awful and I went on to develop the most severe pp episode hallucinating and not wanting baby anywhere near me at all. Same happened last time but I was treated in hospital that time as I knew I was getting ill. This time I take meds while pregnant as a precaution
