Anyone ever have back labor?

Yes. it was absolutely excruciating and I needed the epidural bad lol. then my epi wore off on one side and that was even worse..

I got a super sharp pain in my lower back like a lightening bolt, and when it happened my stomach felt like my insides were being squeezed. I couldn't talk and had to breathe through them, and it got worse while sitting

It feels like the worst period cramps of your life.

I never had belly pain when I delivered it was all in my back

I had back contractions a month or so back, they ended up going away but they were painful!!!
