Hi ladies....I've started to kind of ween my bubs today, how do you actually go about it? I was thinking a few mouthfuls for breakfast then for tea to start with? Does that sound okay? I really am clueless. Thanks x
Okay lovely, thank you. So just breakfast and tea to start with with bottles in between. When he starts eating more do the meals replace the milk, when do I give the milk? Sorry if I'm sounding dumb. Xxx @zaralee71 @charliebrown89 @tam443
Before his bottle would be better, just a really small portion would be good. One or two spoons of the porridge made up as it says on the box then gradually increase that amount. How much you increase it by depends on you and Toby hun. 6 months old is the recommended but every baby is different and some need it earlier than others xxx
@charliebrown89, @tam443 @zaralee71 He's 5 months old tomorrow, is that too early do you think, he loved the banana baby porridge. I really don't want to hurt his Tum. Mind boggling this is. I was thinking of giving a little bit in the morning after his bottle then the same in the eve?? How much more do you give them each week? Thanks ladies xxx
When weening mine I just gave them breakfast at first. Some baby rice with fruit mixed in was always a hit then gradually introduce lunch and dinner after a few weeks. xxx
