You can still drink you just have to pump enough for that day and store it after so many hours alcohol leaves your system anyways

You can drink once you start feeling buzzed its time to stop and you're still okay to breastfeed .

They suggest no smoking because it can affect your supply. Idk for sure though. & drinking you can do within reason of course.

Just pump enough before drinking ... N pump some milk the next day also n test the milk wit breast milk alcohol test strips before breastfeeding baby.. You can get them at target , Walmart , babies r us

I wouldn't chance it. Babies always come first then our wanting to feel good
