@jgarciamua, my dr is a sweet heart but she uses what she learned in school medicine why don't they learn nutrition I don't get it. Like it's not good advise to tell a patient she can eat whatever.

@dang_dridri, yes that's true. I bet the medical field is challenging bc so much changes but why change what's been working I don't get it. Well actually I do $. What I mean is like why have a supermarket on every corner when u could grow ur own food why use disposable plastic on ur kids butt when we used cotton for years why give more and more medicines when long ago they weren't needed. It's all bc money sadly people r getting sicker and sicker bc the crap they expose their bodies too. I could go on on and I just do the best I can with the knowledge I have which isn't medical knowledge just things I have learned from my elders.

@txyogagirl, I definitely agree, all doctors aren't trustworthy and some older doctors have out dated information. The medical field is a hard one to keep up with the constant changes and things. I hate going to the doctor myself because it's hard to completely trust them. You never know who's just in it for the money.

Good topic ladies I have been meeting with pediatricians the past week and I have 4 more appt set up for the next couple weeks one thing I asked the dr when interviewing them is can u give me the list of vaccines you give and the schedule they are given then I ask the thoughts on what's actually needed. As @jgarciamua says it's all about $ in my opinion. I plan to research each one as the days get more near to me having my boy but the appt before hand make my husband and I feel we will eventually be able to make the best choice for our baby before his arrival. No offense to anyone in medical field but I don't believe much any dr says these days even my own. I have a minimal attitude toward any medicine or shot I believe food is the answer to everything we are what we eat.

@miranda941, she's was completely normal, she was saying momma an dada an crawling an even started waking ! (She was 10 months when she got the 9 month shots) after her vaccines she got a fever at 103 an doctor told my mom that it was "normal" an not to worry my sister didn't walk for four years after an has never talked since. It's a heated topic because a lot of us have seen when vaccines have done, to each their own. We ALL want what's best for our babies, good luck! ❤️

Its a second dose. If you want to refuse it you can. Up to you! The only immunizations ill be giving my child is my breastmilk! Also eating healthy and taking probiotics and vitamins can help for the immune system! @miranda941

Just one thing, now a days some adverse reactions are considered normal. Like, eczema, allergies, speech delays, diabates, and the list goes on. talk to moms who have vaccine injured kids! @miranda941

some schools make you get some to even go to the next grade , I don't remember if they need them all or not . it doesn't happen to every child but not vaccinating could lead to a newborn getting sick .

There's vaccines that are required by law to go to public schools, yes. And I know it is very confusing. I only understand because I study the medical field. It's hard to explain somethings without getting too technical. And somethings has been proven to be myths or false about vaccines as well. It's a lot of research to do but it's worth it. My babies will be vaccinated though.

I do a delayed vaccination schedule meaning my kids get their vaccinations, but on my own schedule I've created alongside specialists. All of my babies were preemies, and compromised immune systems run in the family. My nephew is autistic, and although vaccinations have not been proven to cause autism, it is enough to make me want to take preventative measures just in case. First thing people need to remember is that ANYONE can be a carrier of a virus or disease whether vaccinated, or not. Just because you're immune to something does not mean that you're not capable of coming into contact with, and spreading an illness. You do what YOU feel best for your child after talking with professionals, and doing your own research.

Hepatitis B. Thats a vaccine for a sexual disease. Ask yourself, is your baby going to be sexually active or will be sharing needles right now? Doctors will tell you all of them are safe because its their job $$$ they have to because of the big pharmaceutical company. Just do your research 🙏🏼 @miranda941

She was completely normal before her shots an after couldn't walk 😬 please do research it! It's something we as parents need to do! Also my daughter got her two month ok shots an had a seizure in my arms three hours after! Broke my heart an since then she's got none. Completely healthy 11 month old ☺️ @miranda941

@jgarciamua, he got the vaccine when he was born the H something. The doctor said the ones he is going to get are safe but the ones they get when his one or two are the ones that are more serious

This is a HEATED topic in today's world lol. I would advise just doing some intense research. You'll find pros & cons either way.

I guess vaccines can trigger some things in the body forget where I saw it , they get more vaccines now then when I was a child but I get my child vaccinated it sucks hearing her cry for a minute but the only problem we have had with them is a bruise and a low fever . if you don't want all of them read up on the ones necessary

I don't vaccinate!😊 look up on the ingredients, ask for the vaccine inserts. Look up on VAERS. You can delay them and do some research, but you can never undo a vaccine. The diseases are not how people make it seem. Anywho its your child, so your choice! 😊
