is it normal to get cold sweats and the chills after giving birth? I'm 6 days postpartum...

I think so. I had them. had to sleep on a towel so the bed didn't get wet. at the hospital was the worse. every day they had to change my sheets

ugh @teresabura I want them gone 😭 , @babygluttony , my husband makes me sleep on a towel just in case I bleed thru so I don't ruin our sheets lol
