So I barely gained 12 pounds up until 35 weeks of my pregnancy.. I go to the doctor two days ago and within two weeks the scale said I gained 12 lbs just within the two week range that I was at the doctor!!!! I did nothing different to my diet I'm just freaking out! Although I'm going to have him real soon doctor said he felt his head!! Idk how much more I'm gonna gain but now I have no appetite and just don't want to eat....

Same!!!! Gained 9 lbs the entire pregnancy until 36 weeks I gained 14 lbs in two weeks!
Yesss Doctor said it's possibly all water because my feet have been a bit swollen lately... It was just a shock!!! Good luck Mama!
I gain a total of 6 pounds by 35 weeks. Went for my 37 week check up, gain an additional 22 pounds! All water retention!
I'm 12 weeks and my doctor said I should have gained 10 pounds by now and I've gained 1. Anyone else have problems with gaining weight in the beginning?
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
ok so just a little worried about this. I weighed 107lbs before I get pregnant. when I went to the doctor two weeks ago I was 150lbs, I just weighed myself and the scale said I was 161lbs. that's 11lbs in two weeks. is that to much to be gaining in that short of time? and the doctor said that I need to watch how much I'm gaining cuz I'm gaining to fast but it's not a big deal how much I weigh. it will just be hard for me to loss all the weight.

Do you HAVE TO go to your 6 week checkup? What exactly does the doctor do at this appt? I have two kids and can't remember. I'm having a cesarean this time around too. I just can't remember what's discussed at the 6 week appointment. And the only reason I'm asking is because I'm moving out of state. I have to vacate my place by the end of January. My scheduled c section is the 21st of this month.
